I've spent 16 years making games work as businesses: running live products, building teams and studios, and publishing across mobile, PC, console and VR.
I've done that for Kabam, Nexon, Embracer, Devsisters and MY.GAMES, from a $300M+ mobile portfolio to scaling and leading a 110-person studio. I'm based in Berlin, and in my spare time I still build in Unreal Engine 5.

I started out designing web applications, mostly fund performance and backtesting tools for banks, which is where my soft spot for clean UX comes from. Then I went back to school twice: a degree in film and TV from Bond University in Australia, and one in marketing and communications in Germany.
After that came advertising, and then running a music social network as editor in chief: content, community, user flow and a small team. In 2010 I moved into games and I've stayed ever since.
